Comfortable room
Clean and tidy, though room was at the front of the hotel so quite noisy, having said that, the best was very comfortable. Found the shower difficult as no shower curtain or wall mounting for the shower head.

The property was not accommodating. I booked with a partial refund policy, had to change my accommodations 5 minutes after booking and they would not honor the policy on Expedia. Also the advertised the price higher and when I booked, offered a lower rate for the same days and would not honor that as well. Absolutely horrible, would not recommend. Please stay at Hotel de Georges if you’re in Paris! They are the tops!

The hotel advertises air conditioning and they aren’t lying the room has a unit…IT DOESNT WORK! The elevator is old it got stuck twice during our stay. There’s a Tub, no shower just a tub! Because there is no a/c it’s hot we opened the one window in the room and there was construction in the middle of the night, people yelling, fighting, traffic, etc. Oh and we have mosquito bites all over BECAUSE THE AC DOESNT WORK! The room smelled of stale cigarette smoke. Not worth the money! Don’t fall for the advertising of having a/c. When we asked the front desk the just said, it doesn’t work. Nothing else. Worse stay ever!

Upon arrival the hotel informed us there was no AC in the hotel. I was given 2 fans for 2 rooms. This was in the middle of the Heat wave in Paris. The manager informed me that it was on the site but Expedia did not update it. Later I learned the AC was broken for over 9months. The rooms also didn’t have a freezer in them to keep food. The location is great, as the area has a Tube station directly in front of the building and plenty of food is available in the area. But it was a horrible stay. I wish I booked another hotel. If it wasn’t for my wife I would’ve argued and created a scene. But I will never return there.

My stay was ok. My family and I were in Paris August 4-8, it was hot and the room we were in had an air conditioning but ot was not working so they gave us a fan and we opened the window most of the time. Overall cleanliness was pleasing. Staff were friendly, polite and accomodating.
