Don’t book it!
This was the worst place we ever stayed, no towels, the room was dirty and dated, very loud area at night, very unkept and dirty (garbage & dead insects ) outside the building and inside, room was constantly damp and bathroom floor always wet.

Don't Stay There!!!
I checked in and I checked out within 30 mins. The room was nasty. I am not sure it had been cleaned. The couch was wet and the housekeeper even agreed that it smelled like urine. There were dead smashed bugs on the floor and wall.

Don’t let the bad reviews away you!
We booked a quick weekend getaway blindly. After reading the reviews, we were slightly nervous. When we arrived around 930pm on Friday, we were greeted at the desk and checked in quickly. The clerk was very sweet and friendly! When we got to our room, it was clean and the view was AMAZING! There were no bugs or AC issues! The bed was firm (which we like) and the entire room was nice and neat! The only issue we had was with parking Friday and Saturday but the overflow was just across the street so it was no big deal! We were impressed/surprised and will definitely be back!

Good cheap stay don't expect it to be a 3star room
The location staff and stay was great. We booked this as a last minute cheap beach getaway, the downfall was the dirty floors and the bath tub was not draining like it should after about a minute of the shower water running the tub would start filling up. Great location right next to good restaurants and within walking distance of pier park, the hotel is in need of a major update to the rooms.

Nasty
I am not sure when the housekeeping actually cleaned this place. There was already sand in the floor and you could still see dirty footprints from someone before us. The celling tiles have been wet, they are sagging and moldy. The air vents leak water. The couch in our room was filthy. The room never really cooled off. There was a fight in the parking lot. There were people smoking weed every where right in front of kids.

It was very good I like this hotel for the price. Only problem was midnight on Saturday night. There was some kind of brawl up and down the walkways, which was very loud otherwise very very nice. That wasn’t something the hotel could control.
