Disappointing
The room photos are very misleading. We booked a superior/premium room for which the photos clearly show a balcony, however our room did not have one, which was very disappointing. The hotel also advertises a bar, which while technically accurate is a bit of an overstatement. The "bar" is a very small counter on one corner of the common/lobby area, with most of the space behind the counter occupied by coffee machines. It appeared to serve a limited selection of drinks. It is only open 8 pm to 11 pm. No food and no atmosphere. The room was clean. Bathroom was clean and large, but the shower configuration made it somewhat awkward to use and temperature control was difficult. The location is good - quite central and easy to get to everything. Overall, it was ok, but hard to see how this is a 4 star hotel.

Great Hotel
Staff were very friendly and helpful from the moment we got to the hotel. The hotel is located in a quiet and safe area that is close to all attractions. A great hotel that offers great parking and breakfast.
