DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!! I arrived 2am and they sold my room to someone else after informing them I would be checking in then. Moved us to their other hotel which was in a homeless area and very unsafe, moved back the next day to HEART and asked for the air conditioning to be turned on the staff advertised it doesn’t get turned on until the summer? False advertising and booked because it was warm weather and needed AC. Hotel refused a partial refund and Expedia did nothing to help after contacting them numerous times. Really bad experience!! Hotel was dirty and needed a good clean

Very happy I chose to stay here, so clean, well designed, and friendly. Could walk all over the city centre, surrounding areas, and take the subway from here easily and felt at home coming back. BUT make sure to get a room facing away from the street, the nearby ER sends out frequent ambulances and the streetcars are very loud. No iron or kettle in the room.
