Nice room. Wish it had a coffee pot and microwave. Breakfast starts at 8am we had to be at our boat at 7am. We asked if there was a brown bag breakfast we could have since we were starting our day early. Nope-was told that it would be best to stop by the grocery store to pickup breakfast for the next day. It was a quiet place.
Visited for our Anniversary. Location was great! Walking distance to everything. Parked scooters on property overnight. Resort was quiet and friendly. Breakfast was standard hotel continental breakfast. Maid service was disappointing. Only dropped off new towels. Did not straighten up or make bed.
Had a great time. First b&b experience and worked out great. Good location and everything easy access. Front desk Trent gets all 10’s from us for his service Really accomodating.
FIRST THING TO NOTE - THERE IS NO PARKING INCLUDED! THAT IS A TOTAL EXAGERATION! However there is assorted free street parking a few blocks or more away from the hotel, though if you are going at a busy time you may be 5 or 6 blocks away from the hotel. Luckily due to covid, Key West was fairly dead overall so were able to park about 3 blocks away. The majority of parking requires a parking pass from the city, the free spots are little confusing so pay attention to markings on the ground and street signs. The inn is cute and in a fairly convenient walkable location. The exterior and grounds are fabulous with a nice pool, but definitely not heated. The rooms are just OK, but decent enough. Mattress was old AF and felt like a cardboard box, decor was dated and tired, bathroom looked like it was from 25 yrs ago and the toilet did not flush properly. Good thing we are both handy with fixing things as it took a lot of effort each time you flushed. Also this place does have an ant infestation, do not leave any food laying out as it will be covered in ants in no time at all. For the cheap price compared to others in the area and the basic free breakfast it was worth it, but I wouldn't pay more than 150/night in any season for this inn.
We loved the appearance of the hotel with the Southern Coastal flair. The room was large and breakfast good, especially the coffee and local muffins. The shower was cramped by the shower rod and curtain locations. The water fixtures needed rework. The location was superb to be able to walk to most sites.
Nice cozy place near everything. Wonderful staff.
Very professional, courteous desk man. Check in was quick.
Very good location near all the action. Good bed. Clean room. Friendly staff. Parking is a real hassle - took us 30 minutes to find public parking on the street which is what they tell you to do. Park in front of the library - that's where we found open spots. Ask them where that is. We knew about the parking issue prior to booking so can't complain too much.
Room was very old, hair dryer was very very old hanging from a coat hook, bathroom door didn't close, floor sqeeked horribly, not heat in room, ceilings were full of black mold. The shampoo and conditioner were in a dispenser in the shower that every guesthas to share. Grounds looked nice pool looked clean and felt warm. Towels did smell clean as did bed sheets, only 2 pillows thatcwere flat and useless. Room was in desperate need of remodeling. Not sure about other rooms but ours wasn't even worth $30 a night.
