Quality Inn Schaumburg - Chicago

First time staying in a Quality Inn hotel. Very from check in to check out. The noon check out was an added plus.

Very basic, no amenities, no swimming pool, no breakfast. Staff extremely rude, morning and night staff have horrible customer service. Basic as basic gets.

I want about a $100 refund. Early in my stay I asked the person who I think is the manager how do I reserve a ride on the local bus shuttle that they're supposed to have here. He lied to me. First he said not running it because of the coronavirus. He then said they're providing rides for what he called business customers. Which means he lied what he said they're not running it because of the coronavirus because if that were true they wouldn't let business writers ride on it. So during my stay I've had to take numerous cab rides that I paid for costing many dollars. I smelled a rat so toward the end of my stay I asked another person at the front desk when the manager was not there could I book a ride on that shuttle bus, is it in service now? He said sure is in service just let us know when you want to ride and we'll give you a ride. So because of the devious lying manager I spent all this money on cab rides that I should not have had to spend assuming the other person told me correctly that you can ride it unlike what the manager said. And I'm sure he was right you could write it otherwise he wouldn't say I could write it. So I want a refund on the amount that I paid of around $100 to pay for the cab rides that I should not have had to pay if you're devious shady lying manager would have been honest when I asked him the question..

Great experience, would definitely book again. Very clean room and overall the entire building is well maintained.

Very convenient and close to the sports complex and excellent value.

VERY LOUD CONSTRUCTION AT 7AM IN THE MORNING. VERY DISTURBING. COULD NOT ENJOY OURSELVES. THEY SHOULD ALSO LET GUEST KNOW THE POOLS NOT OPEN AND SHOULD NOT ASSUME THAT WE KNEW THAT. OTHERS STATES HAVE DIFFERENT RULES WITH DEALING WITH COVID-19.

Good hotel clean rooms but need more towels in rooms very good place.

Staff was nice. This 1 night stay was not comfortable or relaxing at all. I was put next door to a joining room and I could hear the laughing, talking, and partying of the ladies up ALL night long. Hotel is not what I expected for the $$ I paid. Hotel also needs quite a few updating throughout....kind of old looking.

Being the first time going out of town, this place really gave a good first impression, clean quality rooms. Everything sanitized well and kept well. Overall it was a good experience and worth coming back.

Service was great. The place is very clean. I was a little disappointed that there was nowhere i could just plug in a USB cable to charge my phone with. I’ve stayed in places where they have lamps or outlets with USB ports that make it easy to plug in a device to charge. And the walls are kind of thin so you can easily hear your neighbor’s TV or a loud convo next door or in the hall or traffic right outside my window. Bed was very comfy though, so that made it bearable. Overall a positive experience.
