Great place and staff, not so much 4 the cook lady
Overall the staff is fantastic, friendly and helpful. Great location. The biggest let down is the behaviour of the old cook lady at the morning breakfast buffet. As she was very rude to me and my family. If she has a problem with me that's fine but don't take it out on my wife and kids also. Childish behaviour she has, she should learn her manners from the girls wearing black at the buffet at least they're lovely humans.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very comfortable basic room. No real day to day room cleaning (none), had to walk down and get toilet paper from the front desk. Overall it was a comfortable stay, served its purpose in the heart of the CBD. We would stay here again.
