Spacious and clean room, but cigarette smoke smell was awful. Good WiFi. Airco wasn't very efficient. Overall worn out, with loose electric plugs etc.

That is a joke to call it as 4 stars hotel.
So, that is a desapointment. It is just for one day, so that is not so bad. The reception has 2 qualities. The man from Congo is amazing, happy and helpfull. The woman from Spain, she would like to be in another location, she is very unpleasant. They do not take the reception phone at all when you call form the room. Call that as a 4 star hotel is a joke. That is 2 stars so far. The breakfast is terrible. For vegan pepple then, nothing, and they still dare to charge 25 Euro for a breadfast that worths less than 3 Euro. The wifi was not working on my mobile, and there is no computer available or any chance to print your board pass, or do a check in on line there. The location is good, close the city centre. So, I do not recommend it at all. Look for something more expensive and have a great stay on another location. But, the room was so noisy that we can not relax properly in the morning, and when you close the window door, that is so hot in. It is not good for kids also. I just liket there the receptionist from Congo,that work on morning time, nothing else. Good lucky.
