A bit overpriced for the condition & location
It was probably a really nice hotel 40 years ago but it’s showing its age. The room was not very clean. There was a noticeable stain on the bedding and some kind of spatter on the wall & hanging picture. We also didn’t feel very secure due to the surrounding area.

Front desk was very kind and friendly and helpful. I would come back to redlion just to talk to her. the room was good the bath tub on/off knob was kinda loose and it wouldnt shut off all the way untill I screwed in the screw to the silver ring behind the knob. other then that everything was great.

Adequate hotel convenient to Convention Center
Nice hotel. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was ok but not worth $10 upcharge. A little dated but clean and very convenient to the Convention Center. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool was closed for unknown reason. No daily housekeeping. For the price, I was a little disappointed. However, I really appreciated that they gave us a room that was easily accessible as one of our group needed extra assistance.

Great staff, best location in Yakima near everything, but the Hotel needs an update. From peeling paint, rundown parking lots, and a launge/restaurant that is closed except for brunch the place needs a refresh, but its location and staff can't be beat!

They did not have access to a cart and we had a lot to carry in. We had to make multiple trips. When I went to take a shower in the morning I found two bunches of hair on the tub side and wall. I did not notice them after check in as they were behind the door.
