Oustanding hotel, the safest area in Bogota, with at least 50 restaurants at walking distance. The restaurants are Peruvian, Argentinean, Mediterranean, Spanish, Colombian, American, and the hotel is inside a mall with plenty of excellent stores, bars, etc.

The service at this hotel is amazing. Pedro and Ana at the restaurant provide the best customer service I’ve had at any hotel. The hotel is attached to a beautiful shopping center that has a supermarket, drug store, shopping, restaurants, etc. It’s located in a very safe neighborhood and a two block walk from Usaquen Plaza where they have amazing restaurants. They also have an artisan market on weekends. This is my second stay at this hotel. The breakfast buffet is outstanding. All kinds of tropical fresh fruits, fresh fruit juices, a large array of breads and cereals, and eggs any way you want them.

Unacceptable bathroom cleaning conditions
We have stayed in this hotel three times in less than a year. The first two stays were fine and that’s why we decided to come back to the hotel this third time in May 2023. Unfortunately, after being traveling for a day, we arrived to the hotel only to discover the toilet bathroom was really dirty. Then, we had to wait until they changed us from the room. This was at almost 11pm and we were hungry and exhausted. They changed us to another room and I asked to talk to the manager the next day. I talked with the manager of the hotel and the director of the cleaning service. They apologized for the inconvenience and I was asked by the manager of the hotel, if I wanted some fruit as an attention from the hotel. I said I did not want any fruit and they asked me what would I need. I said water, and the manager replied they would be giving us two bottles of water pointing out this would be an exception as they only give one bottle of water per room. I was speechless after I heard that. Even one day, they gave us one bottle of water, and my husband asked for the other one, and the person in the reception said they only give one. My husband had to remind them of the bad incident, and they gave him another one. This will be our last time staying in this hotel as this is the first time we have encountered such an uncomfortable situation in a hotel, and we travel a lot. As I told the manager, I do not understand how the hotel could have missed cleaning up the toilet. Really unacceptable!
