    Amazing quality and service.

    Our stay was excellent. The room was veey nice and extremely clean. The quality of the toiletries and bedding was alao very good. Staff was very accomodating toward our late night check in and subsequent late checkout. We had been driving for a long time and the recharge time was much appreciated. Our Cats were also welcome to stay in the room with us, which is always appreciated.

    Recently spent two nights at the Crowne Plaza in the midst of Covid. I can honestly say that I’ve never had that quality of service in another hotel. Staff (especially the breakfast staff) were extraordinarily helpful and treated me like a long-lost friend. A staff person delivered a box of kleenex to my door within five minutes of a request. My room was comfortable and clean. Outside parking was fuss-free. And, of course, the location in the heart of downtown next to the river is a major perk. Will definitely return!
