I cannot say enough good things about the staff and facilities at the Drury Inn near Union Station. From start to finish, every single staff member went above and beyond to make sure I had a great stay. My room was spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable. I had a great view and slept so well. The people were what made it exceptional, though. My check-in was so quick and the staff were friendly and helpful. That continued throughout my stay. I will definitely try to stay here again next time travel brings me to town!

The evening social and morning breakfast were both great, the hotel is having some updates done but nothing that interrupted sleep or functionality in any way. The parking garage is secure and has keyed entry. We felt safe and comfortable our entire stay and would happily return. Only tiny ding I can give is we were looking forward to the hot tub and it was sadly out of service during our stay. But the bathtub was deep and the water hot, so that was a bonus.
