Beautiful property. Nice staff. Couldn’t get WiFi to work.
Good location and nice staff with quite area but internet was about average
Nice hotel if a little dated.... Could probably do with a bit of a revamp! Perfect location for a trip to DC though
Superior service, friendly staff. Largest hotel bathroom I have ever seen, but the large size did not come with a place to hang your wash cloth while in the shower or a convenient location for the towel. And the only full length mirror in the place was in the standalone closet which was too close to the bed, making it impossible to open the door wide enough to check your dress. Aside from those minor annoyances, I highly recommend this location.
I like the security of the venue. I like the comfort of the bed. The pillows were not comfortable, and the Peloton bikes did not allow me to snap in my Peloton shoes, so I actually hurt myself trying to do a workout in my shoes. The workout room is very nice, clean and I like the peloton bikes, they just need to update the clips so one side will accommodate the newer shoes or be sure to say they won't when you advertise that you have the bikes available.
Room was comfortable and stay would have been enjoyable for both nights except for the loud people next door. Didn’t realize room walls weee so thin. Woke up 4 times, 2:30 am due to loud conversations. So loud I could even hear the names of specific people they were talking about. Woke up with awful headache as result. Bed was comfortable. Cleanliness could have been better- there was hair in the bathtub when we checked in. Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a bit. Notified front desk, just verbal apology for experience.
Very nice hotel, big rooms and very friendly staff!
Great location Staff very friendly
Valet parking excellent and same with staff. Asked for hard pillows gave same side pillows. All the staff had to say sorry we only have soft pillows. Complained about internet, worked in hallway but not in room. My wife had same issue and the couple we traveled with just down the hall ( rm 246). Coming back to the same area to visit family very soon and several times in future. But not your Hotel
