terrible noise
We couldn't sleep all night. A very loud noise occurred every 30 minutes to 1 hour, probably because the fan was operating. We were scared and woke up when we heard a noise. The bed sheets had some dirt on them and the sink did not drain. The shower room handle was broken and it was difficult to adjust the water temperature. Even motels under $100 would be better than here. Overall, the lobby service and guest rooms were diametrically opposed. We will never come here again and will never recommend it to anyone. Even if I go on a trip to LA, I would not recommend The Line Hotel. In addition, I think it is necessary to talk with the hotel about what the silver level free drink is and provide accurate guidance to the customer. It was the worst hotel stay of my life.

Super terrible hotel
Terrible experience. Please DO NOT book this hotel. Customer service was bad. Noise cancellation was terrible. We could hear anything from the street even we were on 8th floor.

Needs an upgrade and kinder staff
I've stayed at the Line many times - this last time may be my last. Normally the staff are very nice (or at least not rude), but there was a white lady with short hair at check in who was awfully rude, refused to even honor the Hotels.com VIP status and give me a free drink or a room upgrade. She said that all the rooms were booked, despite a request for a high floor, and put me on the 4th floor which was loud and directly over their facilities. Generally, the room cleanliness could be much better - I found lots of hairs, and the shower curtain was moldy.
