The room was horrible! There were stains in the carpet the wood on the window panels and tables were stained and scratched. For 500 for the night I expected a luxury room. No fridge no microwave

For that price who needs aggravation?
1. Did not have the sofa bed made as requested. Gave us a pile of linens. 2. Door lock card didn't work; waited for security after going back downstairs. Worked for security five minutes later; must've entered int the computer, tried to gaslight us. 3. TV didn't work. Sent maintenance to replace remote. Remote was fine, someone had unplugged tv behind the furniture. 4. On site parking was closed for construction. Room was nice but hotel needs management upgrade.

Disgusting
2 rooms and both were dirty. 1 of them we sucked it up, it looked like it hadn't been dusted in months and the rug was gross. The other had trash in the room, it hadn't been cleaned. The front desk questioned us asking if we were sure it wasn't our trash. Will not be staying again
