We went for a couple of days on a weekend trip; all the staff were really helpful, the hotel is very clean and new since just opened a few months ago, we got a very good deal as well; definitely I would recommend it and I hope to come back in the future. We loved the hotel. The staff is so friendly and helpful! Big applause for Amauri and Christian. Everything is brand new, clean and comfortable. We stayed more nights than initially scheduled. City center of Tulum is walkable: 5 min to main street, 15 min to Calle Centauro. We used the rental car sometimes instead, parking in Tulum center is very easy and free. Staff had multiple tips for activities, cenotes, dining (including own experiences) and other Mexican cities and islands. You need to have a little patience for the shower to warm up, after which you can enjoy hot water with a good water pressure. Definitely a place worth visiting again.
