Great stay! Cory at the front desk did a great job! My room was clean. The hot breakfast was great! Special precautions were taken to ensure cleanliness at the breakfast bar including sanitizers, social distancing and wearing gloves. I will definitely stay again!

Clean Hotel Room masquerading as a European hostel
I really wanted to like this stay but I just can’t. They say it’s modeled after European hotels. It maybe in size but little else. It’s just too gimmicky and I am sorry, not paying $80 a night to hang my clothes on a piece of pipe. I want a real closet and a real desk to work from. That can be achieved in the small space. The bathroom was a 9+ though.

Clean, new, and modern!
Came in late from a flight into CLT. Had a mix up at check in and were given keys to a room already occupied! The front desk was extremely apologetic and we were given keys to another room. The rooms are very clean and modern. Lots of thought put into creative storage solutions! Very nice stay- love the black out curtain that keeps the room nice and dark. Breakfast was decent. Eggs, sausage, and waffles are made and served by the staff.

Great weekend stay
This stay was very enjoyable. Staff was extremely friendly and the hotel was very nice. Breakfast although limited in selections was very good, especially the coffee. There were 3 minor issues with the room - shower door did not close fully and let water get outside on the floor, our smoke detector was covered by a plastic bag (previous occupants in the room probably smoked) and the heat pump cycled a lot. Overall, these did little to detract from the very comfortable room

For a one-night stay in Charlotte, I was very satisfied and wish I could have stayed longer! Room was clean and modern, huge TV and comfortable bed. Shower was better than mine at home! Soft towels and the toiletries provided were adequate for my stay. Breakfast in the morning was the best I’ve had (most hotels have modified their breakfasts for Covid protocols) plenty of self-serve and full service options. All of the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. 10/10.
