Birthday Celebration
We had a wonderful time. The Hotel was clean and the staff was awesome- they went out if their way to get you whatever you asked for. We had an issue with the TV and they came right up and took it off the wall and fixed the issue. If we requested extra towels we got them. The beach attendants were the absolute best!!! Frank was right on top of keeping up with our refreshments!! The view from our room was breathtaking - Sunrise and sunset. The only real issue I had was that when I go away I like to take my clothes out of the suitcases and utilize draws regardless if I stay one night or in this instance 5 nights There were not any dressers and only 3 hangers - great closet space though. I would definitely stay again

Avoid if Possible and Claim promised VIP REWARDS
Expedia provided a $50 room service credit which was mentioned when checking in. When checking out the rude desk clerk said there was no such thing and no credit. After a long argument he reluctantly provided it. I should also mention the upgrade was not offered despite my request and notation that Hotels.com showed there were suites available. This was an altogether poor experience and staff was both perfunctory and unhelpful.
