Our suite was perfect! We stayed for 2 weeks, and felt like we were right at home! The whole staff was incredible! They were very accommodating, and extremely courteous. Perfect place to stay while enjoying Macroom, placed in the center of town. We walked everywhere! I would say that when we left, it felt like we were saying goodbye to family. Nice place and amazing staff!

Nice hotel in the center of town. The staff were friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make us happy and comfortable. We arrived late and the front desk clerk quickly reserved us a table in the restaurant so we could get dinner before the restaurant closed. The food was delicious in the dining room and the full breakfast was tasty as well. The hotel is hard to spot when you’re driving through town. Once we found it we were very impressed.

Staff is very friendly. Unfortunately, the furniture in is dated and you can see that the hotel has not invested enough to bring it up to date. Also the cleaning should improve, especially in the bathroom. We expect more from a 4 star hotel for about 200€ per night.
