The receptionist when we arrived was awesome. She was very friendly and gave us the best possible service. Wish we would get this service every time that we stay in a hotel.

Terrible location! I honestly feel that we were given a crappy room because we redeemed a free night. Train tracks directly behind the hotel and trains ran all day and night. Room was at the far end of the hall, closest to the tracks. Maybe a room at the other end wouldn't have been so bad although it is on a fairly busy road. Two queen beds located in almost two separate rooms so only one person could watch tv in bed.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, room upgrade was excellent. It was unfortunate that the restaurant was not open for breakfast as we would definitely have eaten there. Also, there were no USB ports in the room which would have been nice, I found that odd as the hotel is used for conferences.

Service was great! Fast and friendly check in. At the price point, I was expecting more out of the room. It’s was clean and comfortable enough, but dated and lots of aesthetic damage.

My room had no wifi, which i needed for work, so i packed up and left in the evening. The manager did offer to move my room but by that time it was too late. I asked for a refund but because i booked through Expedia, they could not refund me at the hotel. Otherwise, the room and hotel was excellent!!!
