The hotels is pretty close to the train station, they speak English and was very helpful to us. The room is very big and the bathroom is amazing. Hotel is very clean and gives off a very retro vibe. Also they have a cafe downstairs and we went there the whole trip. I suggest the vanilla latte because it’s very good. I would go there again and it was very affordable.

This hotel is a clash of modern classy and old school. Room is spacious, clean and bright. The only downside is the bathtub which is a norm for Japan hotels but I wish they had the option of a standing shower too. It’s located very near to Hakata station about 7mins walk and even though it’s opp a school, it’s relatively quiet.

Our second time staying here. Is about 10mins stroll from Hakata station. There are a few convenient shops along the way. The place is quiet. We arrived early as our flight touches down in the morning. We were happily greeted by Miss Soyoka. She welcomed us warmly and hearing that we are check-in, she asked for our passport to check on our reservation. We understand we were early as check-in time is 3pm. Nonetheless, Miss Soyoka proactively help us in all ways she could to make us settled in. We placed our luggage at the luggage holding area and left the hotel, returning later to complete our check-in. On the second day, I met Miss Soyoka and have a little chat with her. Also expressing my Thankfulness for her service. I found out she is new. However, her service felt so right and experience! The lady that helped us eventually did not present the same level of thoughtfulness and sensitivity. The hotel is good, otherwise, we would not have returned. Thank you Miss Soyoka.

The room was spacious, nice and clean. The beds are very comfortable. The hotel decor like a library looks beautiful. The staff was nice and helpful. The free parking is very convenient. The breakfast has a lot of varieties so everyone can find something of its liking. The location is convenient, very close to the subway and the airport.
