Great place for a family
The stay was very pleasant. The front desk was very friendly, and they gave us a bigger suite for no extra charge due to inventory. The door was sealed with a sticker saying it has been sanitized. Still, since COVID-19, I jabe been doing extra cleaning myself when I stay at a hotel. The suite was very clean and spacious. All the dishes and pots where being wash in the dishwasher by the time we got there. We enjoy very much our stay, and we'll stay there again.

Bad check in
We had to wait till 6:30PM to check in and our kids have to wait in snow cause it was Sunday and everything was close - they took $20 off for the inconvenience- it was a horrible for the kids for that delay - after play in snow all day and had to wait over 3 hours to check in

Clean & friendly
While it was a bummer that many amenities were unavailable due to Covid, it is because of things like that and the overall cleanliness that led to a still great rating for our stay. The staff still was still very helpful while remaining distanced. The room was beyond clean and even had several items sealed in plastic to stay sanitized. One added perk to the site, if you're there during snow, is the great area for sledding. Both in the downhill kids play area and the area behind the property(where several locals seems to know to go). And even with all the snow we always had cleared sidewalks to use. The staff was really on point keeping everything available.

Bathtub clogged. Ventilation was very Dusty. My family got sick from staying here. Positive for Corona two days after checke out. This was literally our only time away from home.

Family fun!
It was very clean and very comfortable. Kitchen could have been stocked better. We had a party of four and did not have enough forks, spoons or wine glasses. Also no sponge or dish cleaning item. Ended up just buying plastic ware, cups and plates.
