Nothing to remember
An anonymous hotel without personality or character in need of modernisation. It is located in down-town Helsinki. The breakfast buffet is disappointing; sure, the supply is good, nothing tasted anything... If there was any black tea, it was placed somewhere away from the huge supply of fruit tea and verbal tea - and there was no staff within sightseeing... The breakfast room was over-crowded with tourists from package trips, and apparently they have never ever seen food before (pushing and shoving to get some cheese...)!

I have been in this hotel many times before. In the current trip I spent one month(!) in this place, because the worldwide COVID-19 situation. I have been ALONE within last 3 weeks in the 203-rooms hotel! It was a real examinations for a hotel stuff, for all services, etc. in the extraordinary situation. I can rate this as an excellent job.
