The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and gave us awesome recommendations for dinner. The only negative was the busy and noisy alleyway that faces the hotel. There are loud groups of people that can be heard all night long, even with all windows and drapes closed.

Great location, stylish hotel with lots of funky artwork. Great staff and a very good breakfast. The only criticisms are the bathroom plumbing - it was difficult to get a stable temperature from the shower (as soon as the hot tap was turned on a little bit, it became too hot to shower in), there's no plug in the basin (it's not great environmentally to have to wash and shave in running water) and the lights in the room are weird - it didn't seem possible to turn lights on and off from the bed - that switch was over-ridden by the master switch by the door - maybe there's a system but in two nights I couldn't work it out .

What a great hotel. Best staff ever. This hotel is at least a 4 star hotel. Don’t even think about another hotel! This has everything you need and more. All for a great price., and central location.

Superb hotel
The stay was absolutely amazing. The staffs were super friendly, (not fake regular because i am working in a hotel and must act friendly). Staffs ensured my stay was pleasant, rooms super clean, shower amazing. Its the first hotel i went to and its exactly as what i see advertised online. The manager was also very friendly, courteous and helpful. Will most definitely visit when i am in the Hague again.
