Great Stay! Very Clean Hotel! Staff was friendly and knowledgeable about local Restaurants. It was a bummer we couldn’t get our room cleaned daily because of CoVid 19 guidelines, but the staff was great getting us Fresh Towels and garbage removal daily! Grab and go Breakfast was a bonus daily! Coffee was excellent! I would highly recommend!
Everything was awesome...Crowded for a couple (rooms are small) and no dresser for clothing.
This is a very nice hotel. Staff was great, but the only complaint I have is I booked the room 4 days prior to check in. I booked a room with a king size bed. When I checked in and got to my room, it was a room with 2 queens. I called the front desk and inquired about it and I was told that was all they had and I could check back the next day if I wanted a king. I then received a text from Sunny the woman who checked me in. I explained the issue and she responded saying “for the last two weeks our kings have been booked up for various events happening in the area”. If that’s the case, why are kings available on the site and why would I be told that I can check back the next day? Needless to say I didn’t check back as It would be inconvenient to have to move my things and get all new keys. Otherwise it was a great stay. The gym was awesome! Wish they had some sort of spray to clean the equipment off for Covid.
Room was extremely small and no closet or dressers. Microwave or coffee maker were not in the room, it was only available downstairs in the lobby. We would not stay here again. There are other places that are less expensive and more roomy.
It’s a great location for us! Place was really nice, gym was a little dirty and a few of the machines were not working but was able to get in what I wanted. The shower body wash was empty but there was bar soap so no big deal. I would definitely stay again!
Good clean hotel Odd that the Windows had an electric blind over entire window, but the inner blind was missing-I was up with the sun.
Nice newer property w helpful and friendly staff. Rooms are a bit on the bland side but tastefully done. The lack of any carpeting makes the space feel a bit loud and colder. Included breakfast is a welcome hybrid in these pandemic altered times which offfered eggs and sausage or other protein as it changes daily, along with breads, yogurt, assorted cereals, and the usual drinks. My room was clean and marked with all the proper sanitation seals, etc. This said, anything I moved in the room or if you looked under anything (like the bed) was covered in a thick layer of dust and small debris. Kudos to the use of bulk shampoo, conditioner, soaps and lotion of a decent quality in tasteful and easy to use sqeezable dispensers mounted in the shower and vanity area. This hotel has a nicely appointed amenities area with various games and other diversions for adults and kids alike. Overall, this is a nice property and definitely a good value in the area.
Rooms are tiny. They won’t clean them for 5 days. You can’t empty your trash because there Are no teach bins with large enough wholes. There are no trash bags in the bins in the room so people leave trash everywhere. Breakfast is disgusting and the same thing everyday. Microwave eggs and sausage patties.
Very clean, nice deco. Booked a standard king and the room was very small, only room to walk around the bed - worked fine as it was only a place to sleep at night. 3.5/5 on the mattress though. Would recommend
A group of 30 stayed here for Arizona Bike Week and had a blast. They even went out of their way to secure a space to park our motorcycles. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
