Staff were great and accommodating. Staff were flexible in offering access to the pool which could be booked for one hour at a time. Room was neat and clean. Hallways and common areas were clean. Hand sanitizer was readily available in multiple locations. Staff were friendly and personable. Location was great for access to Halifax downtown core.
I was just stayin gone night to pick up my daughter for appointments. Due to Covid lots of differences from when I stayed before. but it was good...duvet felt warm and comfy.
Coffee maker didn’t work. Not enough shampoo in dispenser for both of us. Someone else’s face cloth hanging over shower bar. I thought there were housecoats in your rooms.....( there were none). We’ve stayed in the Prince George a number of times. This stay was not up to par. 🙁
We were on a girls shopping weekend and had booked the swimming pool which we expected to have for a private session. However it was far too crowded and we had not expected to share with strangers during Covid. 12 people allowed in the water and 12 on the deck. Also elevator from car park was out of order and we were not notified by staff at check in. Had to carry everything up 3 flights of stairs, not good for someone with a cardio condition! When we mentioned it to staff, we were told there are signs up! Not helpful at all. Stayed here many times and this is the first time I have felt disappointed.
Upscale hotel, lots of space, lovely furnishings, quiet & very comfortable bed. Everything we needed in the room
Very clean.
Pros: Ideal location to visit everything in downtown Halifax. We walked everywhere. Bed was comfortable. When we had issues, Staff was friendly and offered free beer and discounts on their restaurants. However we were not able to use them because they had certain hours attached. Cons: Found black hair on bathroom floor. Difficult to find open electrical socket to use for charging. Little outdated compared to other hotels I’ve been to in Halifax. Have to pay $$ for parking. Nuisance to get to your car.
My boyfriend and I stayed in the Executive King suite and it was very comfortable and very clean. Will definitely be back!
Nice hotel, very quiet and friendly staff. Beds and pillows really comfortable.
It was great. Wonderful location.
