Overall, the hotel was close to a lot of major attractions and was easy to walk to restaurants. The staff were kind and helpful. The bed was comfortable (pillows were not), the view was ok, and we had a mini fridge.
As for the room (3rd floor)….The glass folding shower door was very annoying and made it difficult to shower or even bend over. As a petite person, I cannot imagine how anyone else washes off in it. I also noticed a good amount of black mold in the corners and on the shower head itself. I get it, when in Venice, the city of water, hard to keep things dry. However, this was not acceptable.
The hairdryer was attached to the wall and I’m pretty sure the one my great grandmother would have used when they first came out. It was a burn hazard with how hot it got within just a couple min.
