The Chambord needs a major remodeling. Everything feels old and stale.

Poor 2.0
Disappointing
It was really bad, the lift didn’t work half the time, the heater wasn’t working well, the shower didn’t have any washing gel, the room didn’t smell good, far from good overall.

Lovely staff, a great breakfast, and a good price for a city centre stay! I would have loved a kettle in my room though:-)

Sound proofing is pool
The location is good. The staffs are friendly and help us to get hot water from the restaurant. The downside is the wall between each room are very thin, our next door was not happy when we speak too loud. And my other friends even heard what their next door was doing during the night, which is very unpleasant. The breakfast is ok. The size of room is good. So overall I only can give 3 stars
Yui, gb3 night trip with friends
Good 6.0
The location was convenient but the hotel looked tired - room was dark and dingy with little space to work on the ledge and the stool provided was too low for the height of the ledge so I got neck ache. There was little natural light and the curtains didn't fit the window properly
Nancy, gb1 night business trip
Very Good 8.0
Mostly good but the shower in room 35 didn’t work
D P Dossett, gb1 night business trip
Fair 4.0
No wifi, bad service
No wifi signal in the room at all. Asked the front desk if we can switch to a room that has wifi signal, told me I can switch the next morning, but when I ask again the next morning, the front desk said the rooms are fully booked so it is not possible to switch for another day. Finally the third day we were able to switch to another room, BUT there is still no signal in the room...
