I smelled the pets when I entered in the hotel room. I had asked for cleaning and they did quickly. We stayed three nights but no cleaning at all through our stays. I got pick the towels at the front desk every evening. Used towels were stacked like a mountain. It was bad experience. Only thing what I like is that they have a lounge with free coffee and tea all the time.
