Great location, great hotel
The Phoenix was a great place to base ourselves for a long weekend in Copenhagen. Walking distance to the canals, Palace, shops and antique shops. Great restaurants were in close proximity and the hotel restaurant was equally pleasant. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Good place to stay when visiting Copenhagen
The location is great, close to all major attractions, within 20 min walk. The staff are friendly, professional, the room is clean. The only thing is that the room is bit too small for the price and the bed is more suited to a single person than a couple.

A Happy time in Copenhagen.
We enjoyed Copenhagen enormously. Architecturally and atmospherically it's Hans Christian Anderson meets Martin Luther. A wonderful combination. The friendliest of people, if the prices are a bit steep. We would certainly return. The hotel staff at The Phoenix were very friendly and extremely helpful. Top marks.
