The bathroom was small hard to open/close door when entering & exiting! Bathroom door did not shut all the way! Looked like the toilet leaked! Floor wet when I woke up! Not a lot of water but noticeable because grout was darker in the wet area! Staff great! Friendly and always available

Don't go here !
Lady in the office with gray hair and glasses discriminated against me because I had an emotional support dog that's 4 pounds she wouldn't allow in her facility at all. And they accept service dogs. She demanded me and my ES Animal leave the lobby immediately and wouldn't refund my money at all. So I had to eat $65 and Left even more emotionally distressed than I was in the first place, also after moving all day in 110 degree weather. Terrible customer service and I will never be staying at OYO again. Rude just rude and not accommodating.
