We had an awesome time we definitely would come back again. Thanks to Mario and Irwin for the best customer service they were the best and the other waiters at the roof top. Everyone treated us like kings and queens. I can’t wait to go back.

This is our second time staying on this property, and overall it was ok. First time we stayed it was magnificent. There was confusion at check in with the pricing, we were overcharged but then was apologized to after we made the complaint. Didnt feel as appreciated as the first time we stayed in December. Private Party until 3am on saturday on roof top pool, but we were only allowed to use the pool intil 9pm. All hot tubes were reserved but never used. Also found dirty clothes that weren't ours in bathroom. Had a pleasant day the last day we stayed of course. All servers, waitors, pool attendants were the best!! Greay service in that department.

Beautiful new hotel. The staff is amazing, the food and drinks are amazing. My wife and I had an amazing time!!!

Great place and super friendly staff. Breakfast was excellent and the rooms are virtually brand new. We rented a golf cart for our 2 day stay which made everywhere within a short ride. The only negative was hearing other guests moving their balcony furniture until 3am. Some pads on the bottom of the chair legs would make a huge difference. I mentioned it to the staff and they were very receptive. I’ll come back with a big of friends if they can solve that one issue. Gracias Bello!

Beautiful hotel with great rooms, balconies, pool, and especially food. So glad we chose this hotel out of the many there are to choose from. Easy to get to restaurants and store on a golf cart. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Hotel was really nice. Food was good and staff was friendly. We paid for all inclusive and it was great. Only negative was that the hot tubs seemed to be an issue the entire week we were there. I would stay again

WARNING WARNING This is a beautiful hotel but do not get tricked like we did thinking it was all inclusive and it’s NOT none the less beautiful and great staff but before you book it is misleading as it sells itself all inclusive And yes they will tell you they offer all inclusive and just the room well what other choice do you have but to get it the room once you arrive . Do your research before you book also all rooms are jointed there are doors in between with just a lock witch is like mehhh we could hear the conversation of the ppl staying next door kind you complete strangers and we were on our honeymoon
