Nice Hotel Friendly staff.
The Warwick is in a great location. The staff are friendly, and the housekeeping staff were very thorough and also friendly. The room we stayed in was small and the lighting dim-we needed to use our iphones to find things in our suitcase. Also the elevators are slow and frequently full-- not sure what hotel can do about that- but give yourself plenty of time to get to the lobby. I would stay here again- it's close to central park and the theater district.

Worse hotel in the country ( world)
If you get thirsty at the hotel you are screwed not a bottle of water on permisses,you will find a line at the gym to try to fill there cups with water. Lobby bathroom dirty, my room I felt I was buried under ground 2 side walls where my view from my suite,not gonna talk about the elevators just bring a book before pressing the button it will take a while.

When we arrived a room was not ready, we came back to her room and its soaking wet carpet and smelled like mildew. They sent up an engineer open the window and we went out for the evening. When we arrive back at the hotel we changed her bed and I had to call guest services for towels because the carpet was so saturated that we could not walk around. We finally went to bed around midnight, and we woke up at 2 AM when the lights in the room, abruptly and without any warning went on. We called t the front desk to ask them if there was a problem, but they said no. We went back to bed at 4 AM. The lights went back on again and 6 AM again. The next day they moved us to a different room. When I asked the manager if they would make an adjustment because we literally did not sleep the night before, she told us that the moving to a new room was the adjustment
