Aircon not working on a 40’c temp
Hotel very old; carpets has stains; aircon was the worst part of the stay, we were sweating so bad staying inside our room that we preferred to just walk around the city to enjoy the breeze; I didn’t bother complain because they’re all fully booked(dec 24-26) and we have 2 kids one is a baby, don’t have time and energy for that and I don’t wanna ruin Christmas. They have a lovely staff.

Convenient location, but rooms need some work.
Not a bad stay in the centre of Perth. Convenient location, although the rooms need a bit of work. Central air conditioning did not work great and sink taps were leaking through the night. Despite having prepaid, almost a week later I am still waiting for my security deposit to be refunded.

We have stayed at this hotel quite a few times. Our main reason is the price and location. The hotel is quite old and run down (mainly the bathroom facilities in the room) I would not imagine the hotel spending money to upgrade these facilities especially during this time. Was impressed with the selection on the menu- it was never this large but that may be due to Covid. The hotel offers onsite parking at a reasonable price- it is quite tight but secure.

Old hotel and the noise standard was awful. The room was in a bad state of repair. Noise was a bother from the street and the room above.Room service was non existent as it took over 3hours to find that our order didn’t get delivered.Normally I’m very happy. With our stay in Perth but not with this hotel.

"renovators dream" - 2 star at best!
This hotel is extremely old, worn out and poorly, maintained. We were so disappointed at what we thought from photos looked like a lovely hotel, which turned out to be one of the worst I have stayed in. The benches were all warped and peeling, mold in bathrooms because they are so old, constantly leaking taps and a toilet seat that should have been replaced years ago.

Hotel in poor condition
Hotel is in poor condition. More like 2 star. Bedrooms must not have been renovated for 30 years. Booked for family of 4. Only 2 cups and 2 glasses, only 1 spare pillow, no blankets. Mold in shower. I reported issues to reception and they replied we have limited services at weekend due to no house keeping. I infomed reception, i booked 5 days ago, so no excuse. Reception never apologised. I was told manager will be next on duty on Tuesday. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Terrible service to a customer struggling with significant mental health issues visiting Perth for cancer treatment. Staff including assistant manager need training around dealing with problematic and complex customers.
