Tokyo Prince Hotel

Room was dated and needs routine maintenance. Ceiling was cracked and peeling. Shower tile grout was dirty. Breakfast was terrific!

If you are a serious business traveler who has come to expect certain amenities, do not stay here. The hotel does not offer a gym-but you are told that it’s no problem because you can use the gym at their neighboring property....what they don’t tell you is that it costs ¥2,100 just to use their fitness center. The rooms are small and the restrooms in terrible need of upkeep. Polite we’re professional and quick to assist. Location is also a bit quiet-lack of nearby restaurants and bars. uite an expensive property for what they offer.

Great service and hotel option in Tokyo

Hotel has potential but it hasn't been kept up or updated. Bathroom fixtures and tiles very old and some mildew. Room furniture was very old as well as carpet too. We stated in 2 rooms because of our schedule and both the same. The Lawson store onsite is nice but unlike many hotels in area we stayed they dont offer guest any complimentary water at hotel.

this hotel is terrible and need to stay away!! Amenities that you offered in your site was not in the room as specified! I ask the housekeeping and request and they told to go buy the items that i need. no coffee machine nor any usual amenities in the room.room is old and outdated. Terrible condition for such a nice hotel. Staff does not speak English and did not want to help at all. I am really frustrated and disappointed with this hotel. My recommendation is to either stay away or get newer rooms in 9th floor or higher! There is better hotel than this one!! To use teh hotel pool, you need to pay!!

The room was very large with a pleasant view, nice bathroom and nice seating. It also had a large comfortable bed with good pillows. I chose the hotel because it had a pool and airport shuttle service but you had to pay 4,000 Yen (about $40) each time to use the pool and the airport shuttle was $32 each way. The pool use fee is I think a uniquely Japanese custom. Still, a beautiful hotel and bybJapanese standards a really huge room.

It was nice to be able to tour around a crowded Tokyo with lots of crowds and tall buildings and be able to come back to a hotel with lots of breathing room and space. It is not shiny, new, or modern, nor does it offer many amenities compared to other hotels. I picked it for the location under Tokyo Tower and the pool. The view of the Tokyo Tower did not disappoint and is beautifully lit in the evenings, but I didn't realize rather empty pool would cost an extra 4,000 Yen per person per day, so we passed on it. The bathroom tiling and trim are tired, but the bedding and towels were new and quite comfortable.
