Hotel is in a nice location and walkable to many sites that we wanted to visit. The only draw back is that they turn off the air conditioning for the evening, so it was too hot at night.

There isn’t anything negative to say about the hotel. The receptionist were accommodating and helpful, the cleaners were very polite and giving, the breakfast staff were always smiling and greeting. The location was ideal with Anguk station a few minutes away and plenty of eating options. Overall a good area in Insadong close to Myeongdong.

The hotel is clean, comfortable and in a great location. It’s a 5 minute walk from the bus station so easy to get to from the airport. The staff is friendly and helpful. I didn’t eat at the hotel restaurant as there are so many great options to tryin the area. It is close to main attractions so nice for walking and sightseeing.

The room was great and the staff are very friendly. The coin operated laundry and bag storage area was in good conditions. The hotel is close to two different lines of subway and express bus to airport! Will recommend and stay here again.

The only matter was that demonstrations were taking place near a plaza there and it will be held mostly in the evening. Overall excellent experience!

Nine Tree in Insadong is located in the heart of Seoul, minutes walking distance from Gyeongbokgung Palace, right next to Insadong shopping street. Plenty of good food within minutes of the hotel. We appreciated the choice of 9 different pillows, which is a signature of Nine Tree. Loved our stay.
