Worst hotel stay ever
Very unpleasant, we could not sleep all night. There was a hammer-like noise in our room every 15-20 minutes, all night long. Seemed to be from pipes or something else inside the hotel, it was not from the outside. It was simply impossible to sleep in that room. I notified the front desk but they didn't have other rooms available. Staff was polite but unhelpful. To add insult to injury, they refused to give us our money back for that night. We ended up having to rent an Airbnb for our second night. We were also charged for that second night, even though we were told they would give us a credit, Both Expedia & Choice Hotels, the parent companies of the booking agency and the hotel franchisor, respectively, should do something about this.

Yuck. Pay a few dollars more and go somewhere else
The man at the desk was helpful, but the hotel is tired looking and not particularly clean. The worst part came when we discovered bed bugs, after we had been sitting on the bed for awhile. They were already in our clothes and hair, and I was completely grossed out.

Upkeep is not good. Bed fram busted so one side sagged. Shower curtain busted. Bright side sheets were clean and no bed bugs.

Pool and hot tub closed.....room was filthy, stains on the carpet. Bed was sunk on one side. Very run down and farther away from downtown than I thought but close to shopping

We booked the hotel wanting the pool and hot tub. It wasnt working and it wasnt advertised that is wasnt working. Our air conditioner wasnt working and by the time we got back to the room the kids were tired and didnt want to move all their stuff. There was no accomodation for these issues.

This property needs some TLC. My room had shredded sheer curtains, missing smoke detector, ripped shower curtain and curling wallpaper. But it was clean. Perhaps the resident managers need training on motel upkeep.

This hotel does not look like much from the outside. In fact I would recommend to management to fix up the outside of the building. I almost drove away. If my review was just based on the outside appearance it would not rate very well.
