Virtually everything works in the hotel. Very professional service from the reception to everystaff in the hotel. The buffet breakfast very good. The rooms are very clean. Small gym, but good enough. There is also taxi service within the hotel.

Very unique and beautiful hotel concept. The staff is wonderful. Always ready to help. Maintenance is one major flaw with the hotel. The maintenance people could kill the beautiful vision that makes this hotel so unique. The management needs to pay attention to this. The beds are so comfy. I encourage any traveling with discerning taste to check this place out.

Rooms are well-designed and bed was comfortable. Bathrooms are horrendous, first room had a leaking bathroom, I was then moved to another room that also had a leaking bathroom! It was also unbelievably tiny with a musty smell. Sheets were not changed throughout my 5-night stay. Breakfast is terrible. Overall, looks like a good hotel on the outside but there are definitely areas for improvement. It is manageable for a 2-3 day stay but I wouldn't recommend it for a long stay.
