Erst 6 Tage vor dem Hoteltermin erfolgte die Absage wegen technischen Problemen. Die Reservation erfolgte 7 Wochen vorher. Bei der Ersatzreservation in der Villa Madruzzo in Trento versuchte der Hotelbesitzer von Be Place, mir die doppelten Kosten abzuwälzen. Eine unschöne Erfahrung. Ich werde in Zukunft immer weniger bei Hotel.com oder booking.com reservieren. Die direkte Reservation per Mail oder Telefon scheint weniger aufwändig zu sein.
