Simple room with excellent service. Clean and comfortable. A desk in the room was perfect to work. But the temperature of the shower is not continuous. That was awful.

Had a great stay and sleep. The location is far from the historic centre where all the protests are currently taking place - which for us was 'safe'. however the hotel is close to bars and restaurants. Great internet connection, and staff were amazing with arranging a car to collect us from airport and drop us off at San Antonio Port. Well recommended!

No refrigerator, no phone, no travel amenities like toothpaste and shampoo, no availability of ice, no water glass, etc.,...I’ve stayed in other budget hotel and this one was a disappointment. Staff was friendly. Breakfast buffet needed a little more variety. Finally, the bunk bed was a bit of a hazard as I hit my head on it a few times when I awoke—the perpendicular angle made it so,

Loved it! This was really good value, super clean and modern, the staff are really helpful and welcoming - would fully recommend! There are restaurant options right across the road and it’s away from the crazy side of town. I was there during the demonstrations and saw no signs around this hotel of any disruption nor did I feel unsafe. The room was pretty minimalistic but it didn’t bother me at all. I needed to leave super early to get to the airport and they organised a shuttle for me. It is positioned as a budget hotel. Exceeded my expectations of a budget hotel! Thank for making my stay so enjoyable.
