Short trip to refresh/shower/sleep.
The King size bed was comfortable, no issue there which is the most important part of the room. But, both computer chair and arm chair are worn down with stains. The most dirty spot I found was looking up at the back of the bathroom door, there are some stains/spots that should not be there at all. That bathroom was definitely not sanitized! Overall great quick stay while transporting my RV from FL to CA.

We've stayed here a couple of times. Good location if you are doing anything with a college student on campus. Not a bad hotel. It is need of some updates, particularly in the bathroom area.

This is the worst room that I have stayed at in a long time would have expected to pay $39.99 not $385 plus fees. Chose this over the Motel 6 because of the Wyndham affiliation. We had not planned on staying in Flagstaff but a vehicle accident forced us to. Bathroom was so dirty that my wife refused to shower and almost preferred a truck stop bathroom. WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!!

First room had the tub drain torn up. Second room, lamps on night stands were grossly stained. Terrible night sleep with noise from people outside the room and upstairs. Several late partying arrivals being loud.
