The staff were very courteous. Room very clean. B'fast ok. Hair dryer was filthy (we notified the desk upon checking out and the staff member made a note to replace it) Ended up buying one locally. We also tried to use the computer and print a couple items, but all during the stay, the staff indicated that a change was being made to the software and therefore we could not print anything.

It Met Our Needs
The room, as well as all of the public areas were clean. We felt safe on the property. The decor of the room was a little grim, but it met all of our needs. The water pressure in the shower was too low. The bed was comfortable. The a/c was a bit loud. The staff members were friendly, helpful and efficient. Breakfast was limited, but it had a smart variety of options. Outside was very loud, with the noisy cars (and the airport). I would recommend it to a friend who was attending a concert at The Ranch because it is very close. I would also recommend it to a friend who was not looking to spend a lot on lodging. I would not recommend it to a friend who was looking for a special getaway or a romantic trip.
