Nice hotel with cigarette smoke outside
The hotel itself and staff was excellent. The only and big issue is the smoking and noise outside in front of the hotel. My room was facing the street and having the window open even a crack ended up with cigarette smoke filling out the room and voices echoing from the narrow street very late into the night. Hope the management can take care of this nuisance. I know smoking is allowed in the streets but it’s harming the guest comfort and looks very bad when passing by a few smoking people entering the hotel at all times.

Nice, clean, safe location and just a walking distance from the Central train station (Wien Hauptbahnof). No room safe, mini fridge and even an icemaker in the facility. Ice is not available from the hotel. Breakfast is forgettable. You can walk to the nearby train station to get food and other stuff. Overall, it's a good stay . But not great.
