It was an ok stay...The hotel needs to have in writing or on the site that they charge $50 for an incentive, its like a setup so we know as customers. When you register its thrown on our lap now what if no one had that extra incentive now what. Its just surprising at least give me a heads up

I tried this hotel since it was a great deal. I usually stay at Fairfield. Walking in the lobby was very nice and clean. Went to 4th floor and a terrible smell as soon as you got off elevator. Floors and walls were nasty. My room had carpet that was torn in places, cushions on chair torn. Hairs in the sheets. I will never stay again but if you do please don’t have the 4th floor, ask for a remodeled room.

Not a good place.
The room was disgusting. The toilet stopped working. The frame for the heater/ac was falling apart. The refrigerator made a horrible screeching noise through the night. Some of the handles on the dresser were falling off. There was mold in the tiles. The wood shelves were deformed as if it had been exposed to some water damage. The floors were slick and cold. At one point the heat stop working and I had to turn it off and back on.
