Worst experience ever
Me and my family arrived at the hotel at 10pm. They told me they do not have my reservation and they do not do business with hotels.com Tried to contact hotels.con for 3 hours, “worst costumar service ever” hotels.con send me an email at 1am saying that the hotel canceled my reservation. They have not refund my money yet. Do not book with hotels.com. You will end up sleeping in a car like me and my family.
