Had a fabulous stay...restaurant meal was really tasty....room clean ...upgraded to a Seaview room with a balcony. It’s our favourite hotel in South Australia and have spent many nights celebrating special occasions.

We loved it! Great service. Disappointed that the restaurant wasn’t open on Sun 25thfor dinner as the hotel seemed fully booked and it was hard to find nice places to eat externally.

A fabulous stay!!!
This is the second time we have stayed at the Stamford and once again it didn't let us down. We actually booked it because of its high standard of hospitality, cleanliness, and its close proximity to the beach, cafes, and other visited landmarks. Any question was welcomed and everyone from reception, cleaning, and maintenance were welcoming. With everything going on with Covid we were very comfortable staying there as they had Covid measures in place and our rooms were always cleaned and towels and toiletries replenished. We can't wait to come and stay again.

Great location, but hotel is a bit sad. Stayed 9 nights, bed linen not changed, furniture in room needs a good clean. Airconditioning on 4th floor very noisy. Only one restaurant open - loud intoxicated people spoilt the dining. Something up with the lifts as they took forever, and swipe cards didn’t work very well. Appreciate the COVID affect, but needs a bit of refurbishment.

Lift issues
Comfortable stay however always a very long wait for the lifts, long queues to get up or down, not all of the lifts were working? this wasted a lot of time. Also and maybe because of the lift issues many people ignored the 4 people per lift COVID limit, not good especially during very busy holiday period with lots of interstate visitors - high risk!
