Nice hotel.
Check in was good and they were able to let us in early. The room and bath were very clean and updated. Bed comfortable. Checkout was 11:00 but the front desk deactivated our cards prior to that so we couldn't get in our room after going out in the morning. Front desk unapologetic and actually made no conversation at all just handed us new cards. Other than that it was great!

Short staffed
We called the morning of check in to see if we could get in sooner. The front desk told us 2:30. So we arrived at 2:30pm, which was thirty min. Early. However, The room was not ready yet. They told us another hour. So we tried at 3:30 and they said another 30-60 min. Our room needed up being ready at 4:15pm I know they are short staffed, but not sure why the room couldn’t have been ready by 2:30. Over this two hour time frame, There were three different people working the front desk. I’m not sure why as it was not busy at all. Easily 1-2 of them could have gone and cleaned a room.
