Manager has no hospitality skills.
The customer service at the front desk is horrible. We were trying to check in after a long and hot day. They asked for our passports. We said they are in one of our suitcases but we didn’t know which one. We did not want to open our suitcases in front of all the people in the lobby. So we asked the manager if we could at least be escorted to our room to open them in there and then bring them down. She said no. She didn’t even offer us a private area to do it in. Made us open 2 of our suitcases up to find our passports in front of everyone in the lobby.

Excellent upgrade from unfriendly reception
Reception employees weren't friendly I had to wait after check in time They didn't answer some of my questions about upgrading the room as i am VIP hotels member , until i insisted to get it But the suite was excellent Comfortable Very nice bathroom And the location is just 1 minute away from the metro station
