Friendly and so clean!
The staff members were SUPER helpful and considerate. The whole building was impeccably clean and we were SO grateful that there were accommodations made in order to keep the pool open. I really reccomend staying here whether it be a surprise overnight for your family or a planned couple day getaway!

This is not a hilton quality property!!
Tv Did not work properly. Communication with desk was terrible. No housekeeping on an extended stay There was a sign posted if not satisfied a night would be refunded. When asked and told complaints, desk person said nothing she could do.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, however; sheet had dried blood, body soap dispenser was empty in the shower and did not even put a new role of toilet paper on the dispenser (only a few sheets left). Overall, not that impressed.

The property and room was very clean and welcoming. The location was excellent and had easy access to restaurants and stores. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating! The kitchen features in the room were great and would make a longer stay much easier to deal with. The pool was very nice, but rather small and the acoustics in the pool room were very poor. It was very loud in the pool area with even a small group of swimmers. The shower in the room was a large walk in shower with a shower curtain. After every shower, much of the bathroom floor was wet because the shower floor sloped downward to a central drain in the middle of the bathroom floor. Overall, the hotel was excellent despite the Covid restrictions. I would stay there again.

It was nice and all the amenities were available except the computer station due to covid conditions. It as disappointing but understood. Everything else was clean and safe and in working condition. We had no complaints.
