Close to a lot of good restaurants. Hotel has all the needs. Very satisfied considering the price. A good place to stay if you want to explore White Sands national park, less than one hour drive each way.

Miserable Time
No it was not good at all. 1. Our key cards were deactivated 3x yhey said they we're going to fix it, nope they didnt. No cable for 3 days wifi sucked ,we asked for towels and housekeeping nothing the whole 5 days we were there .
